Assistant Solar Installer

We are a burgeoning renewable energy company specialising in solar photovoltaic and battery storage solutions. Our company vision is for a society powered by renewable energy, with the aim to achieve on-island Carbon Zero and energy independence by 2035, providing local action for the global environment.

We are a fast growing business experiencing a huge period of growth and as a result require an assistant Solar Installer to support our very busy team. Therefore, we are looking for quick thinking, enthusiastic people with a can-do attitude, that share our passion for solving the climate crisis.

The role will involve working at heights, with responsibilities ranging from installing solar photovoltaic panels and ancillary mounting kit to roofs, running cables, digging trenches and many other infrastructure aspects required for our projects, plus other roles which we will discuss in the interview. Experience not required with training given, but a practical mind and a basic understanding of tools is desirable.
